The property is presented as:

  • In part, a large private Grade II detached period stucco Villa, (built c. 1827). Number two Claremont forms the second floor of the villa. 
  • Three bedrooms: One King and two Queens/Twin. All bedrooms have a smart TV, Alexa Dot and privacy locks. Master bedroom with en-suite and walk in/wet room shower.
  • Sitting/Dining room with Grade II Listed Windows, original cornicing, feature fire in stone surround, french doors opening out into a large south and westerly facing wrap around balcony. This gets the very best of the morning, afternoon and evening sun. A sunbathing and reading paradise. 
  • Fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated appliances; Smart DAB Radio, induction hob, double ovens, fridge freezer, m'wave and  dishwasher. 
  • Family bathroom with a walk in/wet room  shower, WC and hand basin. 
  • All bedrooms have wired hi-speed Internet access and two off the bedroom have desks that can be easily converted to a workstation, facilitating a 'work from stay-cation', if required. 
  • A 26" iMac is available for guests to use.  
  • External laundry room with tumble drying in addition to internal and external air drying.  
  • Private off street car parking for two vehicles. (Kindly park within the space indicated and with consideration for other guests.) 
  • Pets welcome with washing facilities. (ie. an outside hose and drying area).
  • Private outside dining area some 4 x 3 meters with six seating dining area.
  • Please note that there are some 36 steps to the main front entrance so this should be considered with anyone with mobility issues. There is however a rear entrance with no steps but a slightly longer walk.
  • The property is currently proud to have a selection of images from local photographer Harriet Morris LRPS. The exhibition is titled 'Coke' and will run for this season. 
  • Commentary: "Off the living room French doors, you overlook a private south west facing sheltered garden with a large area of lawn. The west of the garden is flanked by Beech trees, mature shrubs and planting You can expect to see any number and variety of species of birds, depending on season. In the late evening fox and badgers are very common. Very occasionally the odd Roe might make an appearance. Sidmouth esplanade, is a 10 minute walk, Coastal path the same, local shops and amenities are around 5 to 10 minutes walk."
